I started Get 'er Done because I kept seeing the same pattern: sales teams with good products, smart people, and real market opportunity stalling out on execution. Not strategy. Not vision. Execution. The daily discipline of clear communication, consistent follow-through, and accountability for results.

My background is not typical for sales consulting. I spent six years in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Electronics Technician, qualified on ballistic missile submarines including the USS Alaska (SSBN 732) and USS Ulysses S. Grant (SSBN 631). When you work feet away from a nuclear reactor 400 feet underwater, there is no room for "good enough." Precision, process discipline, and trust in your crew are not buzzwords. They are survival.

That foundation carried into 30 years of B2B sales and go-to-market leadership. I have sold enterprise SaaS and CPaaS solutions to utilities and telecoms at Kaleyra. I led business development for High Reliability Group, a consulting firm of former nuclear reactor operators teaching the energy sector about HRO (high reliability organization) principles, where I built outbound systems and productized service offerings around Human Performance and Operational Discipline principles.

I have also been the founder. I built Cast Further, an autonomous marine robotics startup that won the People's Choice Award at Princeton University's startup competition. I founded TruFishing, an AI-enabled sports technology platform that used computer vision for species identification and measurement, integrating Google Cloud, AWS, and NOAA datasets. I have pitched over 75 investors. I have worked with NJIT, Princeton, and Monmouth University on applied AI capstone programs. I know what it is like to build something from nothing, to run out of runway, to have to make payroll.

What I Actually Do

I work directly with founders, CEOs, COOs, and senior sales leaders who are tired of frameworks and ready for execution. My engagements are hands-on and situational. I diagnose why sales teams stall despite strong products or markets. I help leaders clarify decision ownership, expectations, and follow-through. I strengthen frontline sales discipline, messaging clarity, and customer conversations. I support adoption of modern tools, including AI, without undermining accountability or human judgment.

The sales landscape in 2026 is shifting fast. Salesforce's latest State of Sales report shows 87% of organizations now use some form of AI, and 54% have deployed AI agents. Top performers are 1.7 times more likely to use AI agents for prospecting than underperformers. But here is what the report also shows: 73% of B2B buyers actively avoid sellers who send irrelevant outreach. The tools are powerful, but they are also creating noise. The differentiator is not who has the best AI. It is who uses AI to become the most prepared, most credible, most trustworthy person in the room.

I do not sell AI. I sell readiness. I help your reps walk into meetings with ammunition that proves they have done the work. Research that shows genuine understanding of the prospect's business. Insights that demonstrate respect for their time. Preparation that builds trust before the first word is spoken.

How I Work

I am not an agency. I do not have a bench of junior consultants. When you engage Get 'er Done, you get me. I work with a small number of clients at a time because I do the work myself. I sit in on calls. I review your pipeline. I help draft the messaging. I build the research systems.
